There were lots of goodies to sample at the event, including freshly grilled camembert, sausages, and fresh asparagus. We also prepared vegan sausages and lots of vegetables so that even vegetarians could enjoy a great meal.
In addition to the Office for International Relations, student program ambassadors were also involved in the preparation of the event. We were very grateful for their help and support, which helped to contribute to creating a pleasant atmosphere for the international students. We hope that this cooperation will continue in the future and that it will help us to better understand international students and their needs.
The barbecue was also attended by some local and international teachers who contributed to the social atmosphere and shared their experiences with our students. This gave them a unique opportunity to meet their teachers outside the classroom.
It was a great opportunity for international students to get to know each other and spend an afternoon together in one of the most beautiful places in Brno - Špilberk. The barbecue was a great success with around 100 people attending and we look forward to continuing this already well-established tradition at the start of the new academic year.
On Tuesday, 16 April 2024, FSS MU came alive with the traditional celebration of its foundation, Faculty Day. Thanks to the Dean's Day off, students and staff were able to enjoy a day full of activities and good food.
Masaryk Model United Nations 2024 (MUNI MUN 2024) brought together 150 delegates from diverse academic backgrounds spanning six faculties of Masaryk University.
