Jiří Navrátil is a specialist at Department of Political Science at the Faculty of Social Studies, Masaryk University in Brno (Czech Republic).

He is also participates both in the national and cross-border projects within the Centre for Nonprofit Sector Research.

Research interests: social processes of collective de-/mobilization; network analysis of political contention and social movements; radical political theory. At the moment, the focus is on the structure and dynamics of contemporary alter- and anti-globalization (“global justice”) actors and events.
