Refreshments
Something to eat in front of the faculty will be brought by the food trucks Faency Fries and Páreček! They will be 600 portions of food available for free, and a special token, will be required for their distribution. Refreshments will also be available for purchase.
How to get a free portion:
Every employee or student is entitled to one token. They can pick it up in exchange for their ISIC, ITIC or employee card in the space in front of the study department (ground floor). Please have your card ready for faster distribution of the tokens.
When the tokens will be distributed:
The tokens will be distributed on Thursday, April 20, 2023 from 8:30 am to 9:45 am and then from 12:00 pm until all tokens are distributed.
Attention, the number is limited and the system will be "first come, first served". We believe that no one will abuse this system and we will all celebrate Faculty Day together in a relaxed and good atmosphere. Non-alcoholic drinks will be available for free throughout the day, look for them in the atrium and in front of the building.
From 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm there will be sports and social activities in the atrium.

Cornhole game
Cornhole, also known as throwing bags at a target. The bag is filled with corn hence the name Cornhole.
Indoor bowling
The aim of the game is to knock down all the skittles and become the winner.
Table football (foosball)
The aim of the game is to score as many goals as possible in the opponent´s goal.

1. Ping-pong tournament in the atrium:

registration for the tournament will take place a week before the event, starting from April 11th, and you can find the sign-up here
2. Staircase run shoot-out:

from 1:00 pm, you can practice running on the back stairs to the radio

at 4:00 pm, the shoot-out for the FSS trophy will begin
The announcement of the sports champions in staircase running and ping pong will take place in the FSS atrium at 5:00 pm.
Guided tours of the faculty (meeting point is always in front of the building).
At 1:00 pm, 2:00 pm, and 3:00 pm - guided tours of the faculty in Czech.
At 2:30 pm - a guided tour of the faculty in English
We would like to kick off the celebrations of the 25th anniversary of the Faculty of Social Studies with the Day of the Faculty. That's why we have also prepared a (not only) visual excursion into the past. Take a walk around the whole building on the Day of the Faculty, scan the QR codes, and for fans of architecture, we recommend bringing headphones.
