Follow-up Master's degree in full-time or combined form. The language of instruction is Czech.
The programme can be studied only as a single subject with a specialization (Personnel management and organisational development or Public and Social Policy).
The aim of the subsequent regular and distance studies master’s programs of Public and Social Policy and Human Resources (PSPHR) is to provide the graduate with the ability to link the knowledge and skills acquired in the bachelor's degree of PSPHR or another related field, and to gain basic professional qualifications for the independent performance of a wide range of public and social policy, social services activities and human resources development, as well as the prerequisites to develop these skills in practice or further study.

In addition to these general prerequisites, abilities and skills, the graduate will acquire, by studying the chosen specialization of the regular or distance studies options of the master's degree, specific knowledge and skills that are required to apply the general knowledge and skills in one of the following areas: "public and social policy", "labour market, employment policy and human resources development", "social services and management in the non-profit sector" or "personnel management and organizational development".

Analytical internship in public/nonprofit sector or analytical internship for human resources management represents and obligatory-optional part of the program PSPHR (see subjects VPLn4465, VPLn4462) for full-time study and VPLn8822 and VPLn8825) for part-time study.

In the single-subject studies, the student deepens knowledge in the concrete focus of the degree programme and chooses one specialization. The specialization is stated in the university diploma.

Graduates of all PSPHR specializations may apply for (upon the condition of passing an entrance exam) a post-graduate program of Social Policy and Social Work, which is taught at FSS MU (Department of SPSW), or for other post-graduate programs in the Czech Republic and abroad (e.g. Public and Social Policy at FSV UK).
